Privacy Policy

Effective June 9, 2026

1. Who we are

Hello Doula (the "Service") is owned and operated by Evoforce, Inc. ("Evoforce," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Hello Doula, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information you provide when you sign up — name, email, password, practice details, and profile content.
  • Client and practice data you enter into the Service — client records, intake forms, contracts, notes, schedules, and related files.
  • Payment information processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data such as device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and actions taken in the Service, collected through standard logs and cookies.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To authenticate you and secure your account.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of your client records to train third-party advertising models.

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

  • Service providers that host our infrastructure, process payments, send email, and provide analytics, under contracts that require them to protect your information.
  • Your own collaborators — for example, clients you invite to a portal, or team members you add to your practice.
  • Legal and safety disclosures when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger or acquisition, in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your information.

5. Data retention

We retain account and practice data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time; we may retain limited information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and recordkeeping.

6. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. International users

Evoforce, Inc. is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email before the changes take effect. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
